A: We offer month to month leases. Your first month’s payment is due in full at the time of move in. Most units are prorated so each month’s rent is due the first. We find it is easier to remember that the rent is due the first of each month.

A: Yes, we do charge a security deposit on each unit. The deposit is refunded to you after you’ve vacated providing the unit is empty and no damage is found. The security deposit is always issued in the form of a check.
